:  at  £32.00  each

An elegant vintage German art glass ewer vase, mouth-blown and individually hand-shaped in rich honey-amber glass. The design features a rounded body, slender pulled neck and an expressive pointed pouring lip, finished with a contrasting clear applied glass handle. Its sweeping silhouette gives it a distinctly mid-century appearance. The original foil label reads “mundgeblasen handgeformt”, meaning “mouth-blown, hand-shaped”. This style of fine decorative glass is associated with the historic glassmaking region around Lauscha in Thuringia, Germany, and likely dates from approximately the 1960s or 1970s. The label confirms the manufacturing technique but does not identify a specific factory. CONDITION Excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks or scratches. The original foil label remains attached. Minor variations within the glass are natural characteristics of its handmade production. SIZE Approximately 17 cm high × 10 cm wide. A striking little piece for a collection of amber glass, German art glass or mid-century decorative objects. It also works beautifully as a small bud vase. The vase will be carefully wrapped and securely packaged for posting.
