  • Vintage Sculptural Ceramic Vase – Twisted Split-Neck Form with Blue Green Drip Glaze – 29cm

  • £32.00

:  at  £32.00  each

A wonderfully sculptural vintage ceramic vase with a tall, twisting silhouette and an unusual split, folded neck. The soft ivory glaze is interrupted by a dramatic band of deep blue-green and warm ochre, allowed to feather and drip organically around the upper section. Its changing profile makes it particularly striking when viewed from different angles. The vase is unmarked, so its maker and precise origin remain unknown. The angular asymmetric form and expressive glaze suggest a late-20th-century studio or art pottery piece, likely dating from the 1980s or 1990s. CONDITION CONDITION Excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, scratches or repairs. The glaze remains clean and vibrant throughout. Please check the photographs carefully for the overall condition. MEASUREMENTS Height: 29 cm Width: approximately 7 cm A distinctive decorative piece that works beautifully as a standalone ceramic sculpture as well as a vase.
